Getting Started in Three Steps: A Beginner's Guide
For accelerator newcomers, the journey from download to a working connection is often the hardest part. On August 16, 2026, Kuaiya published an official beginner's guide that breaks first-time setup into three clear steps — download, sign in and connect — helping users establish their first stable connection in about three minutes.
Accelerator products are feature-rich, but the core usage path is actually very short. Kuaiya found that many new users gave up after installation because they did not know the next step. So the team rebuilt the onboarding flow with the goal of zero learning cost, producing this guide for all platforms.
Step 1: Download the Client for Your Platform
Visit the official Kuaiya site and pick the platform matching your device from the top of the homepage or the download center. Windows users download the 64-bit installer, macOS users choose the matching version, and mobile users get the app via store or the official site. Confirm the installer comes from the official domain and avoid unknown third-party versions.
During installation, Windows and macOS may show security prompts; simply allow trusted developers in system settings. No technical background is required — just click "Next" through the prompts.
Step 2: Register and Sign In
On first launch, the client guides you through registration. You can sign up with a phone number or email, with a verification code for identity check. After registration, sign in with the same account to reach the main screen.
Note that one Kuaiya account works across platforms — after signing in on desktop, use the same account on mobile without re-registering to sync your subscription and settings.
Step 3: One-Click Connect
After signing in, tap "One-Click Connect" on the main screen. The client runs smart route selection, probes for the best-performing node in your current network, and establishes the encrypted connection. Once connected, the interface shows the current node, live latency and throughput, and your traffic starts flowing through the acceleration channel.
If the default node has high latency, switch manually in the node list or let smart selection keep optimizing in the background. The whole connection usually completes within one to a few seconds.
Data and Feedback
Kuaiya reports that about 92% of new users connect within three minutes on first use, with over 70% needing no human assistance. That is roughly a 15-percentage-point improvement over the previous flow, showing the simplified onboarding meaningfully lowered the barrier.
Users said "following the guide, three steps and it's done — much simpler than expected," and one parent noted "even my kid set it up on their own." Clear step-by-step design clearly improves the first-time experience.
Overall, Kuaiya aims to make ease of use a long-term moat. For beginners, download, sign in and connect are all it takes; for finer control later, advanced tutorials are available. Download now and establish your first acceleration connection.
